Intro

Welcome to the G4mer web interface, a user-friendly platform for submitting RNA sequences to predict G-quadruplex (rG4) formations. This tool uses our state-of-the-art RNA language model. More information on G4mer development can be found here (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.10.01.616124v1)

To get started, upload a fasta file of sequences or input your sequences in FASTA format into the text box below. Results will be presented and are downloadable, allowing you to obtain rG4 structure predictions for further study.

For more detailed information, please refer to the Tutorial page. Should you need additional support, feel free to create a new post on the biociphers board (and add the "G4mer" label). We hope G4mer enhances your research into RNA G-quadruplex formations and their functional implications!
