This interface displays predicted RNA G-quadruplex (rG4) structures across the human transcriptome, as identified by G4mer.

You can filter the results per transcript or gene, sequence region (5′UTR, CDS, 3′UTR), and display additional annotations such as subtype or the putative rG4 sequence.

By default, the most confident predicted rG4 region is shown per transcript. Use the filters to explore predictions in more detail.

The search bar supports transcript/gene names (e.g., EPN3) or transcript/gene IDs (e.g., ENST00000268933).
